Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective date: March 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IntLiq platform, website, API, or any associated services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IntLiq is a liquidity intelligence platform for tokenised real world assets (RWAs). The Service provides institutional-grade data infrastructure for evaluating protocol liquidity across treasury, private credit, real estate, and commodity asset classes.

Core capabilities of the Service include:

  • Proprietary liquidity scoring across tracked RWA protocols using a documented, deterministic methodology
  • Protocol data aggregation and normalisation from on-chain and off-chain sources
  • Watchlist monitoring with configurable alerts on score changes, threshold breaches, and protocol movements
  • PDF intelligence reports generated on-demand for compliance documentation and internal review
  • A REST API for programmatic access to scores, protocol data, market aggregates, and watchlist management

Feature availability depends on your subscription plan. See Section 3 for plan details.

3. Subscription Plans

The Service is offered under three subscription tiers:

  • Observer — Free. Read-only access to aggregated market data and limited protocol scores. No API access.
  • Analyst — $499/month. Full access to all protocol scores, watchlist monitoring, PDF reports, and API access with standard rate limits.
  • Professional — $1,499/month. Everything in Analyst plus elevated API rate limits, webhook alerts, custom scoring profiles, and team access.
  • Institutional — Custom pricing. Everything in Professional plus unlimited access, dedicated support, SLA, and custom integrations.

Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. Plan features and pricing may be updated with 30 days' notice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any API keys issued to you. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@intliq.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes, including:

  • Evaluating liquidity characteristics of tokenised asset protocols
  • Supporting internal due diligence, risk assessment, and allocation decisions
  • Monitoring portfolio-relevant protocols via watchlists and alerts
  • Generating reports for internal compliance and investment committee documentation

You must not use the Service to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense raw data, bulk API responses, or generated reports to third parties without prior written consent
  • Present IntLiq scores or data as your own proprietary analysis without attribution
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, scoring algorithms, or data pipelines of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape data beyond the scope of your plan's API access

6. API Usage

Access to the IntLiq REST API is subject to the rate limits and usage quotas specified in your subscription plan:

  • Observer: No API access
  • Analyst: 1,000 requests/day
  • Institutional: 10,000 requests/day

You agree to implement reasonable measures to respect these limits, including exponential backoff on rate limit responses (HTTP 429). API responses may be cached locally for your internal use but must not be redistributed or resold in bulk.

IntLiq reserves the right to suspend or revoke API access if usage patterns indicate abuse, systematic data extraction beyond fair use, or violation of these Terms.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The IntLiq platform, including its design, software, scoring methodology, aggregation algorithms, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Keyton ApS and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The liquidity scoring methodology (currently v1.0) and the weighted algorithms used to compute scores are proprietary. You may reference scores and their numerical values in your own analysis, but you may not reproduce or reverse-engineer the methodology itself.

IntLiq does not claim ownership of the underlying protocol data sourced from public blockchains, data aggregators, or protocol disclosures. The value of the Service lies in the aggregation, normalisation, scoring, and presentation layer we build on top of that data.

9. Data Disclaimer

IntLiq scores and reports are analytical tools. They do not constitute investment advice, financial recommendations, or an endorsement of any protocol, asset, or strategy.

Liquidity scores reflect a point-in-time assessment based on the data available to our system. Market conditions, protocol parameters, and regulatory environments change continuously. You should not rely solely on IntLiq scores when making allocation or risk decisions.

IntLiq does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data. Users are responsible for their own due diligence and should consult qualified financial and legal advisors where appropriate.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keyton ApS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to IntLiq in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings or by contacting us. IntLiq may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. API keys are revoked and watchlist monitoring stops. Data retention follows the schedule described in our Privacy Policy. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.

12. Changes to Terms

IntLiq reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark. Keyton ApS is a Danish registered entity. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
