Platform administration for Super Admins - manage organizations, subscriptions, and system settings.
The features documented on this page are only available to users with the Super Admin role. Regular administrators and users will not see these options.
The Admin panel provides centralized management for the entire PortTask platform. Super Admins can manage organizations, subscriptions, licenses, and monitor system-wide activity.
Access the Admin panel from the sidebar under the Administration section (only visible to Super Admins).
Manage all organizations on the platform:
Create new organizations with name, domain, and initial admin user. Organizations are automatically provisioned with default settings.

Suspend or permanently deactivate organizations. Suspended organizations retain data but users cannot access the platform.
Manage users across all organizations:
Search for users across all organizations by email, name, or organization.
Change user roles including promoting users to Super Admin.
Reset passwords, unlock accounts, or deactivate users as needed.

Create and manage subscription plans with different feature sets and limits. Plans can be public (self-service) or private (sales-assisted).
View and modify organization subscriptions. Upgrade, downgrade, or apply promotional discounts.
Generate, view, and manage invoices for all organizations. Mark invoices as paid or void when necessary.

Real-time overview of platform activity including active users, requests, and system health.
Comprehensive audit trail of all administrative actions across the platform.
Track platform usage by organization, feature utilization, and growth metrics.
View and investigate system errors and failed operations.

Manage system-wide webhooks and integrations:
Create, test, and monitor webhooks. View delivery logs and retry failed deliveries.
